We want you to love your timeless finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be returned in their original vintage condition with all boutique tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Item
Carefully place the garment in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit back to our studio.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our specialists inspect the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
